 What Is Reading Success Plus?

Reading Success Plus, Inc. is a locally owned and operated program, whose programs have been used for over 30 years to provide professional help to students with all kinds of learning problems.

How Does Reading Success Plus' Program Begin?

Reading Success Plus requires that each student be given at least a placement test, in either reading, math, or written language expression.  This testing can usually be completed in two to two and a half hours.  The evaluation is done in a one-to-one environment, allowing  the trained tester the opportunity to observe things as:

  • How the student answers questions

  • Attention span

  • Frustration level

  • Basic work habits

Testing At Reading Success Plus

During the testing session, each student will read, answer word problems, or spell with the director as a part of the evaluation.  After testing, a conference time is scheduled with the director to review the test findings, results, and recommendations.

Based on testing, an individualized program is designed for each student in reading, math, or written language.  No two programs are alike since no two students are alike.  Class times are generally held twice a week, one hour per session.  There are special class times to suit special needs.  The program is available all year, including summer months. Special programs are offered during summer months.
