Questions You Should Ask
Before Choosing a Learning Center
1) What is the objective of the learning
center?

objective is to provide quality remediation
to all students regardless of their academic needs. We are here to support
our students while they work toward achieving their full potential.

learning center offer?
Reading Success Plus offers a
variety of testing levels to meet the specific needs of any student.
Problems in one or two subjects can be handled with a diagnostic placement
battery. A diagnostic screening will cover a wider range of areas. The
highest level of testing is the full diagnostic battery, which can provide
documentation of a diagnosed learning disability.
4)
Can the learning center's testing diagnose dyslexia?
Yes, Reading Success Plus'
full diagnostic battery can determine if there is a learning disability
such as dyslexia, dysgraphia or dyscalculia.
5)
Is the program individualized?
Reading Success Plus uses a
diagnostic-prescriptive program, which means that what is taught is based on
the testing, so each student receives a program that caters to their
specific needs.
6)

Reading Success Plus'
classroom offers a 4:2 ratio, no more than four students with a

Reading Success Plus maintains a high success
rate because we monitor the student's program on a weekly basis, making changes
as needed based on weekly performance. This means
the student is always working on an appropriate level, and is allowed to
advance at their own pace.
8)
Does the learning center guarantee its program?
Reading Success Plus does
guarantee its program. If a year's progress in at least one area is not met within
48 lessons, the student will be given 18 lessons free. Reading Success Plus prides itself on being flexible
